Due to the installation of the new communal gas boilers in 2015, heating expenses have reduced. Consequently, we are able to give all tenants a 10% reduction in their heating charge.
This will come into effect from Monday 2nd October 2017. You should receive your revised rent letter outlining the new charge within the coming week.
